Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation, Late & Rescheduling Policy**
To maintain scheduling efficiency and provide the highest-quality experience for all clients, a minimum of 48 hourβs notice is required for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. All cancellations and rescheduling must be initiated by you the client on the website. You will be allowed ONE retainer fee transfer for rescheduled appointments. If that appointment can not be kept by you the client and should you need to reschedule on your second appointment you must pay the retainer fee to book said appointment again. Previous retainer will be forfeited.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hourβs notice will result in the forfeiture of the retainer paid at booking. A 30% cancellation fee will be charged to card on file for service booked.
There is a 10 minute grace period allowed. For example if your appointment is at 9:00 AM you must be in the chair at 9:10AM. By 9:11AM youβre past the grace period and your appointment will be cancelled. You are allowed to use your retainer fee one time for the same service booked.
Clients who fail to follow the rescheduling and cancellation process and do not arrive for their scheduled appointment (βno-call/no-showβ) will be unable to book future appointments. Retainer will be forfeited as well as a cancellation βno call/no showβ service fee of 50% will be charged.
